Refunds

 

Unfortunately, we have a NO REFUND policy, but we offer store credits and exchanges. Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any purchase.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, we will work with the customer to provide a credit to their account in the amount of the purchase; or if item is in-stock, we will ship a replacement item to the customer..​

Exchange

Merchandise has to be returned within 10 business days from the date the merchandise is received in order to receive a store credit.

Once the shoes are returned. A store credit in the amount of the shoes (excluding the shipping fee) will be emailed to the customer in the form of an e-gift card.

Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any purchase.

Customer will have to process a new order using their store credit.

Customer is responsible for ALL shipping cost.
